Theodore Barnes, Esquire

Ted is originally from upstate New York. He attended Boston University, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with Honors in Political Science, from the State University of New York. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center and opened his own practice in Concord after his admission to the bar in 1980. He has been engaged in the statewide practice of law since that time.

Ted focuses on trial work, primarily criminal defense and personal injury.

In his free time, Ted is a landscape photographer, writer, swimmer, and an avid supporter of youth sports activities.

Lenora Boehm, Esquire

Lenora Boehm is originally from the Midwest. A graduate of Saint Norbert's College in De Pere, Wisconsin, Lenora moved to New Hampshire with her husband to attend Franklin Pierce Law Center. While in law school, Lenora worked at the Public Defender's office for three years. Shortly after graduating from law school, she had her first child. She began working as an associate at Barnes, Bender, and Chynoweth in 1991. She became a partner in 1994 and the firm became known as Barnes, Bender, and Boehm. She and Ted Barnes have been partners since that time.

Lenora's practice is focused on family law issues such as divorce, custody, abuse and neglect, and juvenile matters as well as civil litigation such as personal injury and bankruptcy law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Merrimack County Bar Association. She is also certified by the court to serve as a Guardian ad Litem.

In her free time, Lenora enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Shayna Wright, Esquire

Shayna Wright was born and raised in Manchester, New Hampshire. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1996 with a degree in history. Following her graduation from Holy Cross, Shayna attended law school at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Shayna graduated from law school and was admitted into the New Hampshire Bar in 1999. She began practicing family law in 1999, and has practiced in Concord since that time. In March 2006, Shayna became a partner in the firm of Barnes and Boehm and the firm became known as Barnes, Boehm, and Wright.

Shayna's practice is focused on family law issues such as divorce, custody, restraining orders, and grandparents' rights, as well as probate matters and civil litigation.

She currently lives in Manchester with her husband and two children. She serves on the Board of Advisors of Trinity High School and is the president of the New Hampshire Holy Cross Alumni Association.

In her free time, Shayna enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, hiking, and traveling.
